pcwlno1 f8aa99cb8a fix: BBOX+HiDumper_Lite代码仓迁移

1、将bbox的代码仓从base/hiviewdfx/hiview_lite/blackbox迁移到base/hiviewdfx/blackbox。
2、将bbox的代码仓从base/hiviewdfx/hiview_lite/hidumper_lite迁移到base/hiviewdfx/hidumper_lite。
