liufei 834d93ffa7 feat(harfbuzz): add new source files to build configuration

Add hb-outline.cc, hb-buffer-verify.cc, hb-paint-extents.cc,
hb-paint.cc, and hb-draw.cc source files to the harfbuzz build
configuration to include additional functionality.
