David Wagner 4cddf19dfc tinyalsa: add pcm_get_subdevice()
The users of tinyalsa had no way of knowing on which subdevice a stream had
been created. A new API, "unsigned int pcm_get_subdevice(struct *pcm)" returns
it. This information is filled during the pcm_open()

tinyalsa: a small library to interface with ALSA in the Linux kernel

The aims are:

- Provide a basic pcm and mixer API
- If it's not absolutely needed, don't add it to the API
- Avoid supporting complex and unnecessary operations that could be
dealt with at a higher level
