Simon Wilson 9eba533b82 tinyplay: add multichannel support

Improve the reading of the RIFF WAVE header so that unrecognised
chunks are skipped, which means that extra chunks are not played
as if they were audio data. This ensures that all channels for
multichannel playback line up correctly.

tinyalsa: a small library to interface with ALSA in the Linux kernel

The aims are:

- Provide a basic pcm and mixer API
- If it's not absolutely needed, don't add it to the API
- Avoid supporting complex and unnecessary operations that could be
  dealt with at a higher level
