Next.js requires consistent dynamic segment names within a route group.
The install route used [id] while the CRUD routes used [slug], causing
a build error. Consolidated under [id] with destructuring alias to
preserve slug-based lookups.

- GET /api/listings: Browse with filters (type, category, price range),
pagination, sorting, and full-text search
- GET /api/listings/:slug: Listing detail with creator info and blueprint
- POST /api/listings: Create listing (authenticated creator only)
- PATCH /api/listings/:slug: Update listing (owner only)
- DELETE /api/listings/:slug: Soft delete (archives listing, owner only)
- POST /api/listings/:id/install: Install blueprint to Paperclip company
All protected routes require better-auth session.

Sets up Drizzle ORM with Postgres, better-auth for authentication,
database schema (listings, creators, purchases, reviews, team_blueprints),
and basic layout shell with browse/about/pricing pages.

Implements the install flow that deploys a team blueprint to a Paperclip
company: validates purchase/free access, creates agents via Paperclip API,
sets reporting chains, creates projects, and returns a summary. Free
installs only for MVP.
