Raise the Paperclip dependency floor to 2026.325.0 and align companies.sh with the current paperclipai company import CLI by passing the source positionally and forwarding --yes for non-interactive imports.

Instead of dumping raw key=value pairs from paperclip, parse the JSON
and display each company as: **Name** (id) status — with green for
active and dim for other statuses.

Add a subsection explaining the two required changes to access the
container's Paperclip UI from the host: bind to 0.0.0.0 instead of
127.0.0.1 and publish the port with -p. Also update the vanilla canary
Docker section to include the same flags by default.

Reframes the README intro to present companies.sh as orchestrator-agnostic
with Paperclip as the first provider. Adds an "Adding a Provider" section
explaining how to submit additional agent orchestrators.

Keeps README focused on user-facing install/usage docs and moves
build instructions, hand-testing workflows, and maintainer notes
into a dedicated DEVELOPING.md file.

The companies.sh tool is an importer only — export functionality belongs
in the paperclipai CLI. Removes the export command, handler, arg builder,
type, test, and README reference.

The header now clearly positions companies.sh as an installer for the
Agent Companies open standard, links to companies.sh website, and
links to the Agent Companies spec at companies.io.

embedded-postgres hardcodes --lc-messages=en_US.UTF-8 for initdb, which
fails silently on slim images lacking that locale. Fix: properly generate
en_US.UTF-8 via locale-gen, set TMPDIR=/tmp to prevent macOS host path
leakage, and use C.UTF-8 as the container default locale.
Docker smoke now passes end-to-end: onboard → import → list.

Restructured the README to follow documentation best practices from
vercel-labs/skills: examples-first layout, dedicated sections per
subcommand, a file format reference table, troubleshooting section,
and environment variables reference. Expanded examples to cover more
real-world usage patterns including CI/scripted mode and export options.
