Refs PAP-1909.
- Drop the 1140px max-width cap on .navbar__inner so the brand sits
flush-left and GitHub/search/theme toggle sit flush-right against a
true full-width navbar.
- Remove the forced `style: 'dark'` from the footer config and swap the
hardcoded .footer--dark gradient for tokenised bg/color values so the
footer tracks the active theme (base bg, not void black).
- Un-pill the sidebar menu items — border-radius 0, transparent active
background, and rely on the subtle hover fill only.
- Retune the hero panel badges (Control / Execution / Adapters) to use
theme-aware color-mix bg and a small brand-green dot so they feel
native to both light and dark.

Switch to a dark-only theme (#0a0a0a background) with square corners
(border-radius: 0) throughout. Update primary color from blue to green
(#22c55e) to match the Paperclip brand. Fix mintlify URL to
docs.paperclip.ing, use dark logo for both modes, and update favicon
to match new color scheme.

Restructure the quickstart guide to lead with `npx paperclipai` for end
users, clearly separate the Local Development section for contributors,
and add an explicit callout explaining when to use npx vs pnpm. This
addresses user confusion reported in Discord where users tried `pnpm
paperclipai` outside the cloned repo and got "Command not found" errors.
