screenshots: wire routes for 20 unrouted registry entries (#69)
Backfills `route` + `dependsOn` for the 20 registry entries flagged in #68 as never wired for automated capture (plus marks the hand-annotated `dashboard-overview-annotated` as intentionally manual instead of leaving its stale `_todo`). Routes verified against the v2026.720.0 route table in `ui/src/App.tsx`; every `dependsOn` path verified to exist at that tag. Details and caveats (dialog-step captures, the onboarding harness limitation) in the commit message.
