Recapture UI screenshots with extended coverage (paperclip 911a1e8)

Full automated recapture via the extended pipeline against a richly-seeded
demo instance: 220 screenshots (110 targets x light/dark, 1440x900 @2x).

Adds coverage for dashboard, tasks, activity, org chart, routines, skills,
workspaces, approvals, budget-utilisation states, new-agent forms, and
empty-state onboarding. registry.json route/depends_on backfilled and
captured_sha stamped for all 220 entries.
