Add CFG view using ElkJS

Replaces the Mermaid graph view with a more robust Control Flow Graph
(CFG) using ElkJS.
The new view offers improved interactivity, including smoother zooming
and panning, and a dedicated "select" mode. It also handles loading
states and errors more gracefully.
