    R4Ghidra for recent Ghidra 12.x releases, requiring Java 21 or newer.

    Packages are available for 12.1.4, 12.1.3, 12.1.2, 12.1, 12.0.4, 12.0.3, 12.0.2, and 12.0.1.

    Highlights

    • Native Java support for binary radare2 projects: read RPRJ versions 5 and 6, and export version 6.
    • Import with prj load <file> or Po <file>; export with prj save <file> or Ps <file> from the shell or HTTP command interface.
    • New Tools → R4Ghidra → Import/Export radare2 Binary Project... menu actions.
    • Transfer flags, end-of-line comments, function names and blocks, no-return attributes, and memory references. Imports support module address rebasing and rollback on failure or cancellation.
    • Includes the Java REPL, seek history, settings, POST command support, and headless server improvements added since the previous release.

    Usage

    Open the corresponding binary in Ghidra before importing. For command-line disk access:

prj load "/path/to/analysis.rprj"
prj save "/path/to/export.rprj"

    The menu dialogs access the selected files directly. Unsupported project metadata is reported, including types, hints, debugger state, flag extras, and function variables/calling conventions. Project exports reference binary files without embedding their contents.

    Downloads

    Download the extension ZIP matching your Ghidra version and install it using Ghidra's File → Install Extensions dialog, restart Ghidra, and enable R4Ghidra in the Code Browser. API documentation and SHA-256 checksums are also attached.

    Validation

    Built from commit 95ec1c4. The CI matrix built and tested all eight versions listed above, including Ghidra rebasing, sandbox controls, and rollback on errors/cancellation. Standalone codec validation and bidirectional compatibility with radare2 were also verified.
