6f2687a389 widl: Raise RPC_X_SS_IN_NULL_CONTEXT exception for NULL in-only context handles instead of RPC_X_NULL_REF_PTR.

6c6a6a2e61 wined3d: Implement D3DTA_ALPHAREPLICATE in arbfp and atifs. 
Also adds a simple test for this. In the fixed function and nvrc/nvts
code this already works properly.
