bd7ec9aca5 The last argument to MultiByteToWideChar is wide character count and

49b7fdcfc0 Removed the broken mmap64 configure check, and moved the 
_FILE_OFFSET_BITS define to wine/port.h. Made sure that all files that
need the define include it.

2cec4f458a wait_for_poll can go into an infinite loop. Remove it and replace it 
with snd_pcm_drain which is more likely to do what the original author
intended.
