477ddd8e4d - Implemented the implicit creation of mipmaps for surfaces that have
DDSCAPS_COMPLEX, DDSCAPS_MIPMAP and for which the mipmap count is
  not specified.
- Implemented test cases for mipmap textures creation.

9593c4ea16 Added traces in GetPrivateData and SetPrivateData.
Made SetPrivateData actually store the data from the buffer as well as

c3116c5e61 Renamed ttydrv and x11drv to winetty.drv and winex11.drv respectively
to follow the namespace conventions and make it clear that they are
drivers and not dlls.
Moved the graphics driver configuration to HKLM\Software\Wine\Drivers.

52bf5023fb Set default video memory to 64Mb (was 16Mb) as many d3d9 demos use
