* Refactor panels' Analyze menu to use more API ##refactor

This is to refactor Panels mode to use more API instead of commands.
This commit makes `cmd_analysis_blocks` and `cmd_analysis_calls`
a part of RZ_API and uses it while different options from the
Analyze menu of the Visual Panel mode is triggered.
Some other APIs are also used here instead of `rz_core_cmd0`

* Create RZ_API `rz_debug_continue_oldhandler()` to handle `dc`

In this way things such as:

(10 + 3)

Are interpreted as regular $.args, composed of:
- `(` as (arg_identifier)
- `10` as (arg (arg_identifier))
- `+` as (arg (arg_identifier))
- `3` as (arg (arg_identifier))
- `)` as (arg_identifier)

configure had the exec bit removed with

so this commit makes sure it has it again so we can test tcc build.
