* fix: pass maxFileSizeBytes to child components in FileUploader
FileUploader had a 100MB default for maxFileSizeBytes but wasn't passing
it to FileDropzone and FileUpload child components. This caused the
validateFile function's 10MB default to be used instead.
Changes:
- Pass maxFileSizeBytes to FileDropzone in multi-file mode
- Pass maxFileSizeBytes to FileUpload in single-file mode
- Update validateFile and createFileTypeValidator defaults from 10MB to
100MB for consistency

The file upload previously hardcoded purpose as "user_data". This adds
a configurable `purpose` prop (defaulting to "user_data") that supports
all valid API values
* fix: allow Enter key to submit form after file is selected in upload modal
Previously, pressing Enter in the file dropzone would always reopen
the file picker dialog. Now, Enter only opens the file picker when
no file is selected; when a file is already selected, Enter allows
the form submission to proceed.
The auto-fix PR workflow was failing because it tried to add files from
examples/ directory which doesn't exist at the repo root. This caused
`git add` to fail with "pathspec 'examples/' did not match any files".

The sorting test in use-item-grid-data.test.ts was failing in CI
because it took 3047ms, just exceeding the 3000ms asyncUtilTimeout.
Increased timeout to 10000ms to provide sufficient buffer for CI
environment variability.

The use-item-grid-data tests were timing out in CI due to the default
5000ms test timeout. Increased testTimeout to 30000ms for unit tests
