Tormod Volden 54350bd83f Bump LIBUSB_API_VERSION to 0x0100010A
Several API changes targeted for 1.0.27

New API functions:
- libusb_init_context
- libusb_get_max_alt_packet_size
- libusb_get_interface_association_descriptors
- libusb_get_active_interface_association_descriptors
- libusb_free_interface_association_descriptors
- libusb_get_platform_descriptor
- libusb_free_platform_descriptor
(and their associated structures)

New option LIBUSB_OPTION_WINUSB_RAW_IO

NetBSD bus/address changes (not strictly part of API)

libusb

libusb is a library for USB device access from Linux, macOS, Windows, OpenBSD/NetBSD, Haiku, Solaris userspace, and WebAssembly via WebUSB. It is written in C (Haiku backend in C++) and licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or, at your option, any later version (see COPYING).

libusb is abstracted internally in such a way that it can hopefully be ported to other operating systems. Please see the PORTING file for more information.
