## アクセス権限 Permissions

デフォルトでは、潜在的に危険なプラグイン・コマンドとそのスコープ（有効範囲）はすべてブロックされており、アクセスできません。これらを有効にするには、`capabilities` 設定でアクセス権限を変更する必要があります。
