Generate Typedoc as MDX (with sidebar) and store to target path.

This repo is a rework of docusaurus-plugin-typedoc from the https://github.com/tgreyuk/typedoc-plugin-markdown repo. We had to tweak it since we needed the docs to be generated in a standalone way.
