Additionally, adds a HookListComponent, which is currently only used in the Setup component to display currently-set hooks before Manticore is run.
Closes trailofbits/ManticoreUI-Ghidra#26 once trailofbits/ManticoreUI-Ghidra#34 is merged

Works towards trailofbits/ManticoreUI-Ghidra#22 and closes trailofbits/ManticoreUI-Ghidra#26 once trailofbits/ManticoreUI-Ghidra#35 is also merged
Now, hooks are passed alongside other Manticore arguments through the StartNative rpc. Hooks can have a HookType of FIND/AVOID/CUSTOM/GLOBAL
Custom and Global hooks are now also supported by the server

Small PR (similar to the addition of program counter trailofbits/ManticoreUI-Ghidra#29 ) which sends over the parent id (if applicable) as part of a state's info when GetStateList is called.
Used in support of upcoming PR (sitting on branch https://github.com/trailofbits/ManticoreUI/tree/muicore/state-graph-support for now) which allows the Binja plugin to display and support all State Graph functionality on the Server Integration branch
