osy f6adf300e0 scripting: support USB devices on Apple VMs
The `connect` and `disconnect` USB commands and the application's list of USB
devices only worked with QEMU VMs because they were tied to CocoaSpice
objects. Now that Apple Virtualization VMs support USB passthrough on macOS
27, the scripting object wraps a small protocol adopted by both backends and
dispatches on the type of the target VM. The QEMU list is preferred when a
QEMU VM with USB sharing is running, otherwise the AccessoryAccess list is
returned so scripts work the same for both backends.
