Steps to reproduce:

Select an agent with the file_remover module installed. open vxapi tab
Choose the action to delete the file
Enter the path to the file with the Cyrillic name. Perform an action

Actual result:
undone with "status":"nil"

:21:46 PM.33 RECV DATA: {"status":"nil","agent_id":"49c1d62d08b92844d1afecb1ee8776f2","name":"fr_remove_subject_proc_image"}

Expected result:
File deleted
