tcg/i386: Implement avx512 immediate rotate
AVX512VL has VPROLD and VPROLQ, layered onto the same opcode as PSHIFTD, but requires EVEX encoding and W1. Signed-off-by: Richard Henderson <richard.henderson@linaro.org>
