1. AutoHideWindow not displayed correctly when DockPanel is put inside a TableLayoutPanel;
2. All content in DockContent get scaled up. Remove Font = SystemInformation.MenuFont from DockPanel constructor.

Change the constructors of DockPane and FloatWindow from public to internal protected; change DockPanel.DockPaneFactory and DockPanel.FloatWindowFactory from internal to public. One should call DockPaneFactory/FloatWindowFactory instead of calling the constructors directly.

After calling DockWindow.SuspendLayout, changing DockWindow's Z-order does not work. This is very much likely a bug of .Net Framework. To workaround, remove SuspendLayout/ResumeLayout for AutoHideWindow and DockWindows in DockPanel.SuspendLayout(bool) and DockPanel.ResumeLayout(bool, bool).
