Added HPO for Drakengard 
Should provide proper fix when upscaling.

However, Software Renderer provided a higher FPS output when testing the GS Dump.

Update GameIndex.yaml 
- "Star Wars Battlefront II":
 - Recommended BlendingAcc to "High" to fix lightning when using Vulkan.

- "Drakengard": 
 - Fix hardware rendering, taken from PCSX2 Discord. Adjusted as tested from GS Dump.
