Florian 4ebe69e1fd Adapted editors and resources classes to use filenames which are relatives to the project directory. 
The current working directory is changed on the fly when loading/previewing a scene so that every filename in a project is relative to the project directory.
Adapted to changes in GDL/GDCore.
Added MillionthVector in Credits.

Florian 2faf85d538 Corrected events not recompiled when objects/groups changed. 
Preview in editor were slightly distorted.

Florian 3e08964d97 Added RenderDialog, used instead of sf::RenderWindow when playing a scene in an externalWindow ( RenderDialog handles properly special keys ). 
Re-added resource.rc and icon to executable.
EditorEvents insert now properly comments and links at end.
Corrected single file compilation.
