7fd8feb31d Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to

b2c88b56ed Bug 260896. When a floating first-letter frame reports FRAME_IS_NOT_COMPLETE after reflow, (then unlike blocks) that does NOT mean that it needs to continue on the next page!
