57fcec0503 Bug 1145111: ensure the pos. cache isn't reset when nsGeolocationService shuts down provider. r=jdm 
After 6 seconds of idle, nsGeolocationService shuts down its provider, and was unintenionally
clearing the position cache.

39c4e2667f Bug 1166325 - use default optimization settings in valgrind mozconfigs; r=ted.mielczarek 
Using -O for valgrind builds optimizes the code slightly differently
than our default of -Os, which can lead to spurious build failures if
the compiler's warnings depend on the optimization level.  Since using
-Os in the mozconfigs would just duplicate the settings in configure.in,
delete the --enable-optimize lines entirely and let the defaults work
for us.

120dc65a46 Bug 1162808 - Add splash_screens support to web manifest processor. r=ehsan 
* Took IconsProcessor out of ManifestProcessor.
* Converted IconsProcessor into ImageObjectProcessor.
* Made extractValue a separate resource, as it's used by multiple
  processors.
* Taught manifest processor about splash_screens.
* icons member now uses ImageObjectProcessor.
* Icon tests are now ImageProcessor tests.
* Fixed a few typos.

Bluetooth never actively opens a connection to the daemon, so this
patch removes the connect functionality.

This patch cleans up the interface of |StreamSocket|. All arguments
that contain protocol parameters are removed from |Connect|. They are
stored in the connector class. |Connect| now returns error codes. The
method |GetSocketAddr| is unused and not thread-safe and therefore
removed. The method |SendSocketData| for strings is unused and removed.
