223d7172bf Bug 1486698 - Update Fetch+Stream implementation to throw when the stream is disturbed or locked, r=bz 
In this patch, I went through any place in DOM fetch code, where there are
ReadableStreams and update the locked, disturbed, readable checks.

Because we expose streams more often, we need an extra care in the use of
ErrorResult objects. JS streams can now throw exceptions and we need to handle
them.

This patch also fixes a bug in FileStreamReader::CloseAndRelease() which could
be called in case mReader creation fails.

3a56af8e48 Bug 1500963 - Use the Stacktrace component in Error reps; r=bgrins. 
This patch makes use of the new renderStacktrace
prop in Reps to render Error objects stacktraces
using the shared Stacktrace component.
This way we are showing stacktraces in a consistent
way, and as a bonus, we support sourcemap in Error
object.

I would like to update browser-test.js to stop swallowing exceptions
when calling loadSubScript from head.js.

It looks like those head files are trying to load a layout.js helper
that I could not find in any revision. Can you check it can be
removed?

229e102468 Bug 1503169 - Only swallow head.js loadSubScript exceptions in browser-test.js;r=markh 
The existing regexp used to swallow head.js load failures was a bit too
generic and would catch any loadSubScript failure that may happen in head.js.

The original intent was only to tolerate missing head.js files so we should be able
to be more selective when detecting the exception
