- Mention the tested bug# in test_cookie_header.js
- Add a test for bug 304414: Make sure that local streams behave "sanely" (don't
return PR_UINT32_MAX, don't return PR_INT32_MAX, don't have more data at EOF)
and can read the entire file.

4c7f9052d3 Add a scriptable hash function API. basically what this does is moves the hashing function out of the nsISignatureVerifier.idl and creates a new interface nsICryptoHash which is scriptable.   interfaces (by inheriting from nsHashPropertyBag)
- Use that interface to expose a "content-length" property giving the length of
  the data as a 64-bit value on the FTP and HTTP channels
- change docshell and xpinstall to use nsIPropertyBag2 instead of nsIProperties
  to read/write the referrer property
