a13c53a0db Bug 1552602 - Disable FIDO U2F API for Android r=keeler,bzbarsky 
Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1550625#c5 there is no
mechanism available for FIDO U2F JS API operations on Android. The exposed API
is FIDO2/WebAuthn-only. As such, Firefox cannot support FIDO U2F JS API
operations on Android, and we should disable the u2f preference so that
window.u2f is not set inappropriately.

Updated to fix test_interfaces.js

167de4a58d Bug 1551226 - Run Android x86_64 7.0/debug mochitests; r=snorp 
We can run /debug mochitests against geckoview for the cost of another dozen
or so test annotations. Both /opt and /debug mochitests are nearly worthy of
tier 1, but still waiting for bug 1534732.

7ab6e6d017 Bug 1545239 - Update ResizeObserver and ResizeObserverEntry. r=smaug,dholbert 
In this patch, we support
1. content-box (default)
2. border-box

And let ResizeObserverEntry expose these box sizes.

Besides, we store the mLastReportedSize as the logical size.

177efc3267 Bug 1547100 - Enable GV StorageManager testing in Mochitests. r=asuth 
We want to start exposing the storage manager (`navigator.storage.persist`) for GeckoView enabled apps, but continue not exposing it in Fennec. To enable this a new entry type for Fennec only (different from generic Android) is added to allow us to continue to exclude Fennec from the tests while enabling the tests for other Android builds.

2. `ResizeObserverBoxOptions`, `ResizeObserverOptions`, and `ResizeObserverSize`
   are not included in `ResizeObserver.webidl`.
3. `ResizeObserverEntry` doesn't have `borderBoxSize` and `contentBoxSize`
   attributes.
