* Add basic support for N64 RSP processor.
This includes:
* a table driven instruction decoder (rsp_idec)
* a disassembler
* a very primitive anal plugin
VICE is the most popular C64/C128 emulator and allows
users to save snapshots of the games.
Analyzing VICE snapshots are more useful than
analyzing .prg (the "standard" c64 program)
because usually all .prg are compressed, and
are decompressed in runtime.
