27616c3c80 Now Bitcode reader bug is fixed. Reapply 80839. 
Use CallbackVH, instead of WeakVH, to hold MDNode elements.
Use FoldingSetNode to unique MDNodes in a context.
Use CallbackVH hooks to update context's MDNodeSet appropriately.

c4be6559c4 Use CallbackVH, instead of WeakVH, to hold MDNode elements. 
Use FoldingSetNode to unique MDNodes in a context.
Use CallbackVH hooks to update context's MDNodeSet appropriately.

2d78fddeb4 For now disable MDNode uniquing. This fixes llvm-gcc bootstrap failure on certain Mac OS X 10.5. I am working on a proper fix.

393d8b0a0c Begin the painful process of tearing apart the rat'ss nest that is Constants.cpp and ConstantFold.cpp. 
This involves temporarily hard wiring some parts to use the global context.  This isn't ideal, but it's
the only way I could figure out to make this process vaguely incremental.
