2a610c7387 Update DebugInfo interface to use metadata, instead of special named llvm.dbg.... global variables, to encode debugging information in llvm IR. This is mostly a mechanical change that tests metadata support very well. 
This change speeds up llvm-gcc by more then 6% at "-O0 -g" (measured by compiling InstructionCombining.cpp!)

5078f84c82 Rename hasNoUnsignedOverflow and hasNoSignedOverflow to hasNoUnsignedWrap

d701aa7bed Constants and Metadata share ValueList. This means they must be emitted interleaved (using appropriate BLOCK_IDs) otherwise ValuePtrs index gets out of sync.

e54abc90fe Introduce MetadataBase, a base class for MDString and MDNode. 
Derive MDString directly from MetadataBase.

3d10a5a757 Add plumbing for the `linker_private' linkage type. This type is meant for 
"private" symbols which the assember shouldn't strip, but which the linker may
remove after evaluation. This is mostly useful for Objective-C metadata.

This is plumbing, so we don't have a use of it yet. More to come, etc.

c23197a26f llvm_unreachable->llvm_unreachable(0), LLVM_UNREACHABLE->llvm_unreachable. 
This adds location info for all llvm_unreachable calls (which is a macro now) in
!NDEBUG builds.
In NDEBUG builds location info and the message is off (it only prints
"UREACHABLE executed").

c25e7581b9 assert(0) -> LLVM_UNREACHABLE. 
Make llvm_unreachable take an optional string, thus moving the cerr<< out of
line.
LLVM_UNREACHABLE is now a simple wrapper that makes the message go away for
NDEBUG builds.
