[AI] docs: link experimental features to feedback issues, drop Discord (#9186)

Remove "or post a message in the Discord" from the shared
ExperimentalFeatureWarning so feedback goes to GitHub issues.

- Monte Carlo analysis docs now link to feedback issue #8571.
- Multi-currency docs use the shared warning component, linked to the
rule action templating feedback issue (#3606).
- Budget Analysis toggle in Settings links to /issues/6742 instead of
  /pull/6742.

Until multi-currency is supported natively by Actual Budget, you can use the method described in this document to achieve similar results.

This uses an _experimental feature_, so we're still working on finishing it. There may be bugs, missing functionality, or incomplete documentation, and we may decide to remove the feature in a future release. If you have any feedback, please [open an issue](https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/issues) or post a message in Discord.

Point experimental feature feedback to GitHub issues instead of Discord, and link more docs pages to their feedback issue.
