tabedzkiandClaude Opus 5.5 c59c4979e0 [AI] docs: link experimental features to feedback issues, drop Discord (#9186)
Remove "or post a message in the Discord" from the shared
ExperimentalFeatureWarning so feedback goes to GitHub issues.

- Monte Carlo analysis docs now link to feedback issue #8571.
- Multi-currency docs use the shared warning component, linked to the
rule action templating feedback issue (#3606).
- Budget Analysis toggle in Settings links to /issues/6742 instead of
  /pull/6742.
