Describe the enhancement you want to request

OpenCode seems to only support the regular Github Copilot. Our org recently migrated to Github EU instance (EU Data Residency). This instance has a different sign-in URL ( https://<org>.ghe.com/enterprises/<org> ) and a different Completions endpoint (i.e. https://copilot-api.<org>.ghe.com/chat/completions. Would be great if OpenCode supported that.
