docs(changelog): carry the post-candidate fixes into 0.10.2

0.10.2 is not tagged or released: release candidate 38867608774 on
db34bc8949 failed only at the windows-arm64 import check, which
b189217a21 now qualifies, so the next candidate must be cut from current
main. The four [Unreleased] bullets describe commits that will ship in
that tag: CW-7430 (configured stdio MCP servers survive engine
replacement, 9e3bcb47aa), CW-7408 (distinct MiniMax and Model Studio
labels, 018cee3f3e), #6981 (gateway {data, success} envelope, crediting
@luestr, a38062bd07) and CW-7054 (plugins may not provide the core
`subagents` service, 32fbcddc17). They move, unchanged, to the top of the
0.10.2 section; [Unreleased] stays as an empty heading. 2045e6e28a (#6513,
dead JobManager deleted) and the two release-tooling commits change
nothing user-visible and carry no bullet. The 0.10.2 date is left at
2026-10-13; whoever tags may set the real release date.

Verification on this tree: ./scripts/sync-changelog.sh (crates/tui copy
updated); ./scripts/release/check-versions.sh --require-dated-release:
exit 0, feature release-note receipts OK (10 linked issue references in
v0.10.1..HEAD), version state OK (workspace, npm, npm-binary 0.10.2,
lockfile in sync).
