1cb4af9c4c LURE: Reduce usage of 'goto'.
Have refrained from changing the usage of 'goto' in the PictureDecoder
class (decode.cpp) for the time being, as this class is using these in
pseudo-x86 code which is complex and should be replaced anyway.
