dd2260557e Using SCUMMVM_SAVEPATH hasn't been recommend for a long time now (essentially since we added support for a config file), so let's deprecate it by removing it from the README (we can still support it, just no need to advertise it)

6c16402744 Broken Sword 2 does not need cd.bin, and startup.inf is optional. (In fact,
there have been reports that the BS1/BS2 double pack ships with the wrong
startup.inf, but let's not confuse the readers with that little tidbit.)

64c1e0dd9c Removed documentation of "read_only" option. It was an idea that was rejected

14ec3f45fa - Heavily modified patch #1214784: "Disable overlay scaling"
- Eriktorbjorn's patch from same tracker item for scaling sword1/2 cutscenes
  is applied as is. It lacks resolution switch on-the-fly.
- GUI widgets are repositioned on the fly and use most space, even aspect
  ratio corrected screen is used without scaling
- Heavy tesing is required, but works for me in all cases except for bug
  #1483272: "GUI: SCUMM pause dialog breaks upon scaler switch" which needs more
  work.
- I probavly broke some backend or two

a61e62db95 Lowered FluidSynth's default gain, and added config file and command-line
options to specify it. FluidSynth's gain ranges from 0.0 through 10.0 and
is probably measured in decibel, but to keep things simple, ScummVM uses
settings from 0 through 1000 instead. (Though currently there's no guard
against invalid settings.)

This is a slightly revised version of the non-GUI part of patch #1336171.

8fddaada1d Simplified debuglevel handling:
- it's only honored in the global level of the config file
 - all checks for it go through gDebugLevel now, which is made global
 - the '-d' switch is handled in a slightly saner and consistent way
 - removed 'debuglevel' from the config format documentation; we do
   not want to encourage the avarage user to use it

13dc149ded Applied patch #1175374 ("FluidSynth MIDI driver"), with a few documentation
changes. There are a few things that could use a bit more work, and I've
only tested it on my Linux box. I have verified that ScummVM still compiles
when it's disabled, though, so it shouldn't break anything too badly.

f145d859cf ScummVM 0.7.0 does not need SKY.CPT for Beneath a Steel Sky, so I've
changed the version number in the text to 0.8.0CVS. Of course, this should
be updated again when 0.8.0 (or whatever we'll call the next version) is
released. By then we ought to include SKY.CPT in the main BASS download as
well, I think.
