HD gate figures were stale (1,598/1,477) and the M5 'still pending' line contradicted the shipped Zune-Card export/podcast search. Inbox wiring is now complete via GET /v1/social/me/inbox.

  verified), color-spill corpus caveat, gates.
- Verification block updated with the HD commands and corpus checks.

  including kernel-only zcstfs.dll, keyvault.dll, DwXfer.dll.
