2673ea9603 the .onion addresses are actually not uniquely derived from the service's 
key -- many different keys could in theory produce the same .onion address
(though we hope they don't in practice).

a575385337 Delete the troubleshooting paragraph that I wrote back when people 
were commonly not configuring their browsers to use a proxy. Now
that everybody is using Torbutton, "you didn't configure your browser
correctly" shouldn't be the issue. And also the faq entry no longer
helps you configure your browser correctly.

7eb0bbcb9e the verifying signatures page is now less awful 
it's still awful, in that it doesn't explain why you would want to verify
a signature, or how you actually decide whether to trust a key.

9a8dcdc26c Referencing important exit operation wikis on the related FAQ 
The "So what should I expect if I run an exit relay?" is the closest thing we
have to a "new exit operator's landing page". Adding the GoodBadISPs and
ReducedExitPolicy wikis since those are the last highly important resources we
can offer them on this topic.
