e029168be2 GE Debugger: Allow jumping to a specific prim.
This will make the most sense when frames are relatively stable, and works
great for GE dumps.

f1afc51994 GE Debugger: Refactor out stepping callback.
In case we have multiple connected debuggers, we don't want just a
callback.  A counter works fine.

0ed2c03350 GE Debugger: Prevent hang on shutdown.
Since we're blocking the Emu thread, we can't use a hook from the Emu
thread to wake up.

The change to lifecycle callbacks caused this.

a32ccd3eb8 GE Debugger: Fix preview when zooming.
Before, the coordinates were only right when scaled to fit.  When you
zoomed in and panned, it would show in the wrong place because it wasn't
accounting for the flipped backbuffer.

ef57eafaad Correct GE debugger font size in small window mode.
This should handle high and low DPI cases correctly, to avoid making the
text unreadably small.

fa0e88f1b7 Add a flag to use the display vfb for screenshots.
This fixes proportions of reporting, savestate screenshots, and TAS
recording for PS1 ports, mainly.
