83216e442c Make mozbot more resilient to database problems: It will now try to reconnect if some of the database things fail. Also, add a comment about a missing feature (multiple server support would rock). Mention why we ignore errors at one point. needs to be positive" when changing bug. Sanitizing the AddComment bits

98253014ca use the new rendering algorthms, (render empty blocks) major change in the structure brings perforce up to what is being done in bonsai and pvcs. 
But now I understand this a bit more, simplify some data passing as we did in pcvs I need to fold this back into bonsai, perhaps tomorrow.

4f13520f50 had a bug in time2p4db() small differences in time were ignored. This would 
effect the change lists for any time interval less then an hour.
