This patch replaces the separate APInts for KnownZero/KnownOne with a single KnownBits struct. This is similar to what was done to ValueTracking's version recently.
This is largely a mechanical transformation from KnownZero to Known.Zero.

1. RegisterClass::getSize() is split into two functions:
- TargetRegisterInfo::getRegSizeInBits(const TargetRegisterClass &RC) const;
- TargetRegisterInfo::getSpillSize(const TargetRegisterClass &RC) const;
2. RegisterClass::getAlignment() is replaced by:
- TargetRegisterInfo::getSpillAlignment(const TargetRegisterClass &RC) const;
This will allow making those values depend on subtarget features in the

immediate operands.
This commit adds an AArch64 dag-combine that optimizes code generation
for logical instructions taking immediate operands. The optimization
uses demanded bits to change a logical instruction's immediate operand
so that the immediate can be folded into the immediate field of the
instruction.
This recommits r300932 and r300930, which was causing dag-combine to
loop forever. The problem was that optimizeLogicalImm was returning
true even when there was no change to the immediate node (which happened
when the immediate was all zeros or ones), which caused dag-combine to
push and pop the same node to the work list over and over again without
making any progress.
This commit fixes the bug by returning false early in optimizeLogicalImm
if the immediate is all zeros or ones. Also, it changes the code to
compare the immediate with 0 or Mask rather than calling
countPopulation.

Summary:
This class is a list of AttributeSetNodes corresponding the function
prototype of a call or function declaration. This class used to be
called ParamAttrListPtr, then AttrListPtr, then AttributeSet. It is
typically accessed by parameter and return value index, so
"AttributeList" seems like a more intuitive name.
Rename AttributeSetImpl to AttributeListImpl to follow suit.
It's useful to rename this class so that we can rename AttributeSetNode
to AttributeSet later. AttributeSet is the set of attributes that apply
to a single function, argument, or return value.

Move the cast<MCSymbolELF> inside emitELFSize, so that:
- it's done in one place instead of at each call
- it's more consistent with similar functions like EmitCOFFSafeSEH
- ambiguity between cast<> and dyn_cast<> is avoided (which also
eliminates an unnecessary dyn_cast call)
This also makes it easier to experiment with using ".size" directives on
non-ELF targets.

Recommitting r288293 with some extra fixes for GlobalISel code.
Most of the exception handling members in MachineModuleInfo is actually
per function data (talks about the "current function") so it is better
to keep it at the function instead of the module.
This is a necessary step to have machine module passes work properly.
Also:
- Rename TidyLandingPads() to tidyLandingPads()
- Use doxygen member groups instead of "//===- EH ---"... so it is clear
where a group ends.
- I had to add an ugly const_cast at two places in the AsmPrinter
because the available MachineFunction pointers are const, but the code
wants to call tidyLandingPads() in between
(markFunctionEnd()/endFunction()).

Also add a default 0 alignment, and change the order of arguments so the

inverted. It also greatly simplifies the process of adding another flag

This is a mechanical change to make TargetLowering API take MachineInstr&
(instead of MachineInstr*), since the argument is expected to be a valid
MachineInstr. In one case, changed a parameter from MachineInstr* to

As a side effect, this removes a bunch of MachineInstr* to
MachineBasicBlock::iterator implicit conversions, a necessary step
toward fixing PR26753.

This is mostly a mechanical change to make TargetInstrInfo API take
MachineInstr& (instead of MachineInstr* or MachineBasicBlock::iterator)
when the argument is expected to be a valid MachineInstr. This is a
general API improvement.
Although it would be possible to do this one function at a time, that
would demand a quadratic amount of churn since many of these functions
call each other. Instead I've done everything as a block and just
updated what was necessary.
This is mostly mechanical fixes: adding and removing `*` and `&`
operators. The only non-mechanical change is to split
ARMBaseInstrInfo::getOperandLatencyImpl out from
ARMBaseInstrInfo::getOperandLatency. Previously, the latter took a
`MachineInstr*` which it updated to the instruction bundle leader; now,
the latter calls the former either with the same `MachineInstr&` or the
bundle leader.
As a side effect, this removes a bunch of MachineInstr* to
MachineBasicBlock::iterator implicit conversions, a necessary step
toward fixing PR26753.
Note: I updated WebAssembly, Lanai, and AVR (despite being
off-by-default) since it turned out to be easy. I couldn't run tests
for AVR since llc doesn't link with it turned on.
