c8b5ab11ed Stem PathSupport project idea 
Adding a project that I'd really like to mentor this GSoC: a stem port for
TorCtl's PathSupport module. Hopefully this idea will get a few interested
students...

7d5993db25 Dropping the arm projects from the volunteer page 
At the moment I'm trying to focus on stem related work, and would rather not
mentor an arm related project. The gui made by krkhan still needs work and the
client mode use cases are up for grabs so I'm leaving these bits intact, just
commented out.

8df8dd032d Noting the django torstatus on the volunteer page 
We'd prefer for new volunteers to hack on the new django codebase rather
continue the php counterpart. Changing the entry in on the volunteer page to
indicate that both exist.

316d538a53 Modifications for the projects listing: 
- More clearly marking TBB, TAILS, and Torouter as being sys admin tasks.
- Changing the activity on TBB (misread the commits - most activity is version bumps rather than development)
- Suggestion by karsten:
  - Replacing the 'etc' with Sebastian for Tor
  - Listing kaner with GetTor and nickm with BridgeDB
  - Revised description of TorRouter's activity
  - Removing the 'General' metrics repo
  - Dropping the metrics project idea

0cca7a2e29 Adding project summaries and a table to the volunteer page, with links to project pages, code repos, bug trackers, and project ideas. Also, a few other minor changes: 
- Adding a note that the usability project is a no-go for gsoc.
- Dropping the "Improvements for Tor+Vidalia interaction on Linux/Unix platforms" task (chiiph mentioned that it's completed)
- Adding Jake as a mentor for a couple other projects.

81907ee0e0 Revisions to project ideas and formatting on the volunteer page 
Few of the simple changes discussed on -assistants.

- Formatting Fix: The starting entries properly used paragraph tags, but the later were just text with breaks. The result was that all the entries ran together (no spacing between the ideas).

- Moving the Vidalia projects to the bottom since we're pretty shaky about if we have a mentor for them. It sounds like Tomás would rather be a backup mentor, and no one has stepped forward to be the primary. :(

- Dropping the JTor project since we don't have a mentor for it. It's currently just commented out in case the project gets rekindled. I'll include JTor in the projects table I add later so potential volunteers are aware of it.

- Minor fix: Replacing Weasel with Peter as a mentor for one of the projects.
