7e8d29c3e0 early guesses are that you need the libevent-dev deb too. 
no idea if installing "libevent-2.0-5 libevent-dev" will get you what
you want.

c83be90d4c resume crediting matt for vidalia. 
tell users they should not be installing vidalia themselves.

fix grammar at the bottom, including a fun bug where when "#vidalia" is at
the beginning of the line it silently turns the whole line into a comment.

ec78702902 Warn users to not unpack or run TBB as root 
Everyone is *supposed to* know that running big messy programs as root is
a Bad Thing, but unpacking or running TBB as root currently makes it fail
to run entirely.  (See bug #2824.)

f81845de3b Replacing GetTor, TorBEL, and TorCheck with TAILS, TorStatus, and the Metrics Portal on the projects page. The reason is that these are substantial user-facing projects, and hence far more likely of interest to visitors (besides, the replaced projects were mostly just pointing to trac entry stubs). 
I've double checked with Sebastian (the owner of the only semi-active of those projects) to make sure the change was alright with him, and they all have entries in the volunteer section so potential contributors can still find them. I also double checked on #tails that this entry is fine with them. The project listing on the frontpage is being left unchanged.
